   Amazon has plenty of great movies and TV shows to watch. You simply need to open the Amazon video application on your device, buy or rent the movie you want to watch and you can stream and enjoy the show.

Unfortunately, streaming is not the most convenient way to watch a movie since internet connection is not always on our side. When the connection is acting up and the streaming is lagged in the most important scenes, you definitely will not feel like watching anymore. Thankfully, you can actually download the movies you purchased on Amazon to watch it offline. Once the movie is safely stored on your device, internet connection is no longer needed to watch, which means you can say goodbye to lagged streaming.

How to Download and Watch Offline

1.     First of all, you need to install Amazon Video App on your device which you can download for free. The compatible device for this application include Fire tablets and phone as well as Android and iOS devices.

2.     Make sure your device is connected to the internet because you need it to download the movie.

3.     Open the video app and browse the movies you want to download from the list, or simply type the title in the search bar.

4.     If the movies or TV shows are available to download, you can see the download button on the page. For TV shows, the download (downwards arrow) button is located beside the play button in each episode. Meanwhile, for movies, you can see the download button right under the ‘Watch Now’ option.

Besides Amazon Original Movies, you can also watch various other popular movies like A Dog’s Purposes, Hidden Figures and the famous musical La La Land with Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling.

   If you can’t function well in the morning without a cup of coffee, you will need an excellent coffee maker in the kitchen. Coffeemakers come with different price range. But if you are looking for a nice product for personal use, $120 to $130 seems like a good price. Here are some coffeemakers in that price range that I have personally tested.

1.     BUNN BT Velocity ($119)

With a little bit less than $120, this coffeemaker comes with insulated double wall that can keep the temperature of the coffee warm for a couple of hours. The machine only needs around three minutes to brew up to ten cups of coffee.

2.     Cuisinart DCC-3750 Elite ($124,34)

This one comes with remarkable design and wide grip handle that makes serving coffee more convenient. It has three temperature settings—regular, hot and x-hot, and thanks to its Brew Strength Control, you can use various water filters to make coffee.

3.     Bonavita BV 1800SS ($128,00)

This coffeemaker has One-Touch brew button so operation is very simple. It also comes with 1400-watt heater which allows optimal brewing temperature from 91 to 96 degrees celcius as well as longer hours for warm coffee.

4.     Cuisinart DCC-3400 ($129 from $235)

I bought this because the price is discounted to $129 to $235 so it has the features of $200-ish coffeemakers. It has Brew Pause feature, Brew Strength Control and also Fully Automatic Brewing feature. It also makes very hot 12 cups of coffee in one brewing with excellent taste and quality.

Verdicts

I was really surprised with BUNN BT Velocity because it satisfies me despite being the cheapest in this list. It lacks of high-end features but I actually love its simplicity and at least it makes good coffee. The same goes to the Bonavita one. This is my first ever Bonavita product and I’m pretty happy with what I got. The advertisement says the coffee can be hot all day. It is not true because it gets cold after several hours, but still longer compared to other coffee makers.

As of the Cuisinart coffeemakers, DCC-3750 doesn’t really fill up my expectations. There are three temperature settings but I don’t feel many differences between each temperature and pouring water is really inconvenient. But for Cuisinart DCC-3400, I’m really happy with it and it is my favorite product. The huge discount is one thing but it is the temperature that makes me very satisfied. Not only the brewing time is very fast, from all the products I have tested, this one makes the hottest coffee.
